Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Wrong size or change of mind
As items are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size ordered. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
